INGREDIENTS
2 LBS CRAB LEGS (WASHED AND CHOPPED)
1 CUP VEGETABLE BROTH
2 lemons juice to make 1/2 CUP OF LEMON JUICE
2 LEMONS that have been juiced.. (yes throw it in)
6-8 GARLIC CLOVES CHOPPED
1/2 CUP GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
1 TSP SALT (OPTIONAL)
1/4 CUP OF CILANTRO
1/4 CUP OF PARSLEY
1 TEASPOON OF DRIED DILL OR 1 TABLESPOON OF FRESH DILL
1 STICK OF BUTTER (after first ten ingredients) see video
GARLIC & ONION SEASONING (SALT FREE)
COOKED PASTA with wilted spinach
LOW CARB PASTA (OPTIONAL)
Clean, inspect and chop your crab legs.
ADD THE FIRST TEN INGREDIENTS TO YOUR COOKING POT. ONCE IT STARTS TO BOIL ADD THE STICK OF BUTTER AND COVER
STIR UNTIL BUTTER HAS MELTED.
THICKEN IF DESIRED USING PASTA WATER (WATER FROM PASTA POT) OR CONSTARCH MIX (1/4 COLD WATER AND 2 TABLESPOON OF CORNSTARCH)
STIR UNTIL THICK. TOP WITH LEMONS AND PARSLEY.
ADD SPINACH TO YOUR HOT PASTA, OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC ONION NO SALT SEASONING AND STIR. COVER UNTIL SPINACH HAS WILTED SOME.
GRAB A PLATE AND ADD YOUR PASTA, SCAMPI LEGS AND ENJOY WITH YOUR FAVORITE CONDIMENTS. I SUGGEST LEMONS, PARSLEY, CILANTRO AND HOT SAUCE. IF YOU ARE WATCHING SALT INTAKE AVOID SAUCES WITH LOT'S OF SODIUM. CHOOSE LOW SODIUM CONDIMENTS. IF YOU ARE WATCHING YOU CARBS. DON'T DO THE REGULAR PASTA.
