2 lbs chicken breast
2/3 cups of flour
6 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper (optional)
Instructions
You will need 3 large bowls and 2 flat pans
Add oil to pan and bring to 365 degrees. If you have a small fryer now is a good time to use it.
