1 cup chocolate (dark, milk, white, semi)

1/2 cup heavy cream

Need more just double or triple recipe

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put you chocolate bits into a small bowl

  2. In a microwave safe bowl heat the cream until hot to touch. You may also use your stove top and small pot.

  3. Pour the cream on top of the chocolate bits and let it set for about 3-4 minutes. You want your chocolate to melt from the cream.
