Cheesecake Mousse

A few ingredients with lots of flavor. This recipe is versatile. Use it to make delicious parfaits or as a filling for your favorite cake. We used this filling in our pineapple coconut cake.


INGREDEINTS 1 cup heavy cream

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup confectioners

1 teaspoon of vanilla



In a bowl mix the cream cheese and sugar together until well blended. A hand mixer will work for this recipe but of course a stand up mixer is fine.

In a separate bowl mix the milk and vanilla together.

Slowly pour the milk mixture into the cream cheese mixture and mix until combined.

Scrap the bowl and mix on high for about 2-3 minutes. You are looking for a thick consistency.

Ready for your cake filling or pipe into a nice cup and top with fresh fruit.

Make this same mousse sugar-keto friendly


8 ounces cream cheese softened

1/3 cup powdered low carb sweetener or powdered erythritol

1/8 teaspoon stevia concentrated powder

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon lemon juice or extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream or regular heavy cream


Make as above but substitute the power sugar for the low carb sweetener and stevia
